Details
A. Base & Main Frame

Base is made out of IPEAA steel IBEAM 120mm x 64mm. Depending upon the span of the cabin interim supports are provided with the same section at 2000mm centers in both directions. All joints are welded on both sides for extra strength. 40 x 80 x 2mm tubes are used as floor support centered at 600mm which in turn gives extra stability to the base.

Roof - Pitched roof with steel truss made is out of 40 x 40 x 1.5mm steel tubes, and covered with 0.7mm Gl corrugated roofing sheet.

The complete steel frame is initially coated with 2 coats of oxide paint and after all the joints are welded, the steel base is recoated for additional corrosion protection.

Support - Steel legs are provided as a standard; however, this can be changed as per client's requirement to concrete or block work foundation.
B. Flooring

18mm thick 60min Fire Rated (F/R) cement boards are used for floors

2mm vinyl PVC floor covering is installed with wooden baseboard/skirting.
C. Exterior & Interior walls and Roof

The wall structure is made of 40mm x40mm x1.5mm thick steel tubes spaced at 600mm horizontally and 1200mm Vertically.

40mm thick Thermocool is used to provide heat/sound Insulation
in all the walls whilst
glass wool is used in the roof.

Walls are cladded with 6mm one-hour F/R cement board externally and 12mm gypsum board (F/R) internally. In the case of wet areas such as washrooms, 6mm cement board is used to the wall.

Ceiling clad consists 9mm F/R gypsum board but in wet areas 6mm F/R cement board are used.

Final Finishes - Exterior walls are primed and painted with exterior grade textured paint and internal walls and ceilings are primed and painted with emulsion. Wet areas are painted using water repellent enamel paint. (standard colors used are National Brand 10B15). All joints are reinforced with fiber mesh to avoid cracks as a general practice.
D. Doors and windows

Wooden doors, 920mm x 2100mm are provided as standard. 6mm single glazed aluminum windows are fitted in a white powder coated 1.2 to 1.5mm thick Aluminum frame.
E. Electrical & Sanitary Fittings

All of the electrical work is done in accordance with the standards of Qatar General Electrical & Water corporation (KAHRA-MAA).

We use Asian brand Distribution Board (DB) & Gulf standard system (GSS) electrical cables.

We use energy saving lights (LED Lights)

We use humidity resistant switches and light fixtures in washrooms.

Washrooms and worktops are provided in the event of client's requirement with appropriate additional cost.

All washrooms are provided with 16 Gallon hot water heater

All electrical cables are embedded into the walls
